Brooks O. Rennie is the Head of Investor Relations at Byline Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: BY), where he established and leads the company’s Investor Relations department. With a proven track record in fostering transparent shareholder engagement, Mr. Rennie brings deep expertise in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate strategy.

Prior to joining Byline in 2021, Mr. Rennie served as Assistant Vice President, Investor Relations at U.S. Bancorp (NYSE: USB). Earlier in his career, he was Officer, Investor Relations and Corporate Strategy at TCF Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: TCF), where he played a key role in strategic initiatives, including a transformative $3.6 billion merger of equals deal.

Mr. Rennie is deeply committed to advancing the Investor Relations profession. Since 2022, he has served on the NIRI Chicago board of directors as Executive Vice President. He also served on the NIRI Twin Cities board of directors as Executive Vice President and Treasurer from 2018 through 2024. In 2019, he was honored by NIRI as one of the top “40 Under 40,” recognizing his contributions to the investor relations community.

Mr. Rennie earned his M.B.A, with honors, from DePaul University – Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, complementing his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Iowa State University – Ivy College of Business. He is passionate about strategic leadership, operational excellence, and creating value for stakeholders through clear communication and innovation.
